Job summary

A global resource solutions company in the Riyadh Region is looking for an enthusiastic Primary COMSEC Manager. The role involves managing the U.S. / FMS COMSEC account by overseeing classified materials, maintaining accurate records, and providing comprehensive training to personnel. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience, formal COMSEC training, and an active U.S. Secret Clearance. The job requires excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of relevant technologies and protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a COMSEC Manager.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. / FMS COMSEC account for classified material.
• Maintain accurate records and submit required reports.
• Conduct semiannual security audits of COMSEC material.

Skills

Knowledge of Defense Messaging Systems (DMS)

Troubleshoot secure telephone systems

Background in Electronic Keying Management Systems (EKMS)

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

Ability to develop and deliver COMSEC training

Education

Graduate of formal COMSEC training

Graduate of NSA COMSEC course
