Job summary

WSP is seeking a proactive, site-based Principal Architect with 15+ years of experience, including airport/aviation projects, to lead architectural and interior design across all stages. The role requires coordinating landscape, façade, lighting, and other specialist interfaces while ensuring compliance with aviation standards and live terminal environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
15+ years of architectural design experience.
5+ years in airport/aviation projects.
Experience with planning and design of airport passenger terminals.
Coordination of landscape, façade, lighting, interior design interfaces.
Proficient in BIM-based design and multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience delivering design in live airport environments.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural and interior design across all stages from concept to delivery.
Provide technical and design leadership for airport modernization projects.
Coordinate with landscape, façade, lighting, MEP, ICT and other interfaces.
Develop terminal layouts that support passenger flows and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with codes, accessibility and aviation requirements.
Mentor architectural team members and lead design reviews.
