Job summary

A construction contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Legal Advisor with at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle contracts, provide legal advice on construction law, and manage disputes.   • Provide legal advice related to construction law, labor law, procurement, and commercial regulations.
  • Handle claims, disputes, arbitration, and litigation related to project delays, variations, and contractual breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Support management and project teams by providing legal interpretation and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, registrations, and official documentation.
  • Prepare legal reports, official letters, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or specialized certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with construction or contracting companies.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, corporate law, and construction‑related legal frameworks.
