Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading frontline teams and ensuring smooth site execution in line with Hungerstation's delivery mission.
  • Lead and supervise Last Mile Team Leaders, ensuring shift coverage, performance, and adherence to targets.
  • Monitor rider attendance, scheduling, and shift readiness in coordination with Team Leaders.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
  • Ensure rider teams are trained on delivery standards, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and delivery standards.
  • Address incidents, rider issues, and customer complaints in coordination with support teams.
  • Monitor real-time delivery performance via Control Tower updates and take corrective action.
  • Support audits, inspections, and site-level recovery plans in case of disruptions.
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the function.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow.
  • Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
