This role involves delivering training, coaching associates, and ensuring compliance with training processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
