A leading facility management company in Jeddah is seeking an experienced landscape manager to oversee a 3 million square meter landscaped area. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in landscape management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationality—mandatory as per client requirements.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in landscape management within facility management or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain large outdoor landscaped areas ideally exceeding 1 million m².
• Strong technical expertise in horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping maintenance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing on-the-ground teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills; proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across soft-soaping, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative landscaping enhancement plans.
• Maintain strict adherence to aesthetic and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives through transparent communication.
• Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and service delivery SLAs.
