The role involves managing all commercial and contractual aspects from pre-contract tendering through to post-contract delivery. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in similar projects, alongside strong skill in AutoCAD and Revit. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Direct experience in landscape & irrigation projects is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects from tendering through delivery.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
• Monitor actual costs versus budgets and prepare reports.
