We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be expected to work with a team of professionals to accurately survey and map land and properties.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in surveying or a related field, as well as extensive experience in the field. They should be familiar with instrumentation and equipment used in land surveying, and must have strong problem-solving skills in order to interpret survey data.

The primary responsibility of the position is to use both traditional methods and modern technology to conduct surveys for new constructions, maintained boundaries, or other projects as needed. The individual must ensure accuracy and precision when carrying out measurements onsite. This includes using total station instruments, GPS receivers, data collectors, auto levels, theodolites, digital levels, and other tools for measurement purposes.

In addition to surveying duties, the Land Surveyor will also be expected to assist with project management tasks such as report writing and project scheduling. Furthermore, they must be able to communicate effectively with clients about their requirements and provide accurate advice based on survey results.
