As an HR Business Partner, reporting to the HRD of L'Oréal Saudi Arabia, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders across all four divisions (Consumer Products, Luxe, Professional Products, and Dermatological Beauty). You will work closely with HRDs and HR Business Partners in the Middle East, based in Dubai, to ensure alignment with regional strategies while addressing the unique needs of the Saudi Arabian market.
