Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of operational HR experience in KSA, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, with a proven ability to stay up to date on employment legislation and HR trends.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior HR generalist role, providing effective advice and coaching to people managers.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the management team and employees to become a first point of reference for general HR advice.
• Assist employees and people managers in Saudi with day-to-day HR queries.
• Manage payroll-related issues in close coordination with the regional payroll team.

Education

Graduate-level qualification in HR or relevant business discipline
