Sia Middle East is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in the utilities sector, solid problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for delivering tangible impact through management consulting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation projects with leading utility companies across the region, while working in a dynamic, fast-growing consulting environment.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Support Strategic Projects : Contribute to high-impact consulting engagements in areas such as utility strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainability
• Client Interaction : Collaborate with client stakeholders, gather business requirements, and help shape strategic recommendations aligned with client goals
• Project Execution : Take ownership of workstreams within larger projects, ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and support project managers in overall engagement delivery
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with junior consultants, providing guidance and quality review, while supporting the project manager with team coordination
• Knowledge & Innovation : Stay current with industry trends (e.g., energy transition, water conservation, ESG initiatives) and support the development of insights and tools that address the region’s unique challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in the utilities sector, including at least 4 years in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity
• Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory frameworks, and transformation trends in the Middle East
• Demonstrated experience working on complex projects or transformation initiatives in the sector
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST
• Prior experience with government entities, regulators, or national utility companies is preferred
• Support the development of insights and tools that address the region’s unique challenges
