They are now looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager – Vehicle Sales to lead the national sales operations and drive strategic growth for our brand across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategic and operational sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets across retail, dealer, and fleet channels.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery, invoicing, and strong customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes, inventory management, and marketing activities.
  • Drive network expansion and strengthen relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Promote compliance, operational excellence, and brand reputation across all levels of the sales organization.
