Position Overview
Key Account Specialist is responsible for retaining and developing relationships with key customers who may influence the availability, Prescription or usage of MS Pharma’s products and implement strategic business plans that increase the sales and uptake of our Products, portfolio of drugs across key accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Led strategic accounts’ planning in alignment with company objectives in agreed plan with the direct manager.
  • Carry out field visits to corresponding stakeholders on a regular basis, according to agreed monthly plans for Building up & establishing excellent relationships with KOLs in the assigned area.
  • Track and analyze stock / monthly consumption per targeted accounts per focus items to increase our Business share through Tender & LPO business.
  • Achieving assigned financial targets & qualitative KPIs.
  • Optimization of customer focus process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • Have a valid Saudi Commission license as a pharmacist
  • 1-3 years’ experience in governmental business (healthcare/pharmaceutical).
  • Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languages
