What You'll Do
  • Lead Key Account Strategy to drive market growth and expand share across the region.
  • Execute Strategic Plans for designated General Manufacturing accounts with measurable impact.
  • Cross-Country Leadership & Coaching to align and empower account teams across multiple geographies.
  • Own Account Action Planning with tailored roadmaps focused on over-proportional growth and strategic penetration.
  • Drive Project & Account Development through direct commercial and technical support for key initiatives.
  • Engage Stakeholders across customer and internal functions to ensure seamless collaboration and influence.
  • Manage Business Opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and steering major growth initiatives.
  • Champion Technical Advocacy through solution selling, standards inclusion, and qualification programs.
  • Build Strategic Relationships with senior executives, procurement, engineering, and plant leadership.
  • Lead Commercial Strategy including pricing, contract negotiations, and governance through CRM and reporting.
