We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with strong exposure to the marine, shipping, or sea-freight industry. The role is responsible for managing key clients, developing long-term relationships, increasing business volume, and ensuring high service quality. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the marine or logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the marine / shipping sector.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable marine and logistics solutions.
  • Handle all account management activities including quotations, pricing, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Prepare account plans, client reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical, finance) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and business opportunities in the marine industry.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Participate in tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
