About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Geotechnical Engineer, to join our team in Riyahdh and contribute to the development of large international projects. You will be integrated into the Geotechnics and Tunnels division of the civil area with experience in Geotechnical Studies. You will become part of a team of professionals passionate about overcoming challenges, innovation, technology, and excellence, with a strong commitment to ensuring the personal and professional well-being of its employees.

Responsibilities

You will join the Geotechnical Civil team, becoming a part of work teams involved in various international projects.

The main tasks will be:

• Development of Geotechnical parametrization and interpretation.
• Development of calculations of stability analysis.
• Study and calculation of foundations. Settlement calculations, pile calculations, and ground treatments calculations.

About You

• You have completed Bsc Civil Engineering. Desirable MSc Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of related experience in Geotechnics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a well-developed understanding of geotechnics and foundations calculations.
• Latest knowledge of internationally geotechnical software. Desirable RocScience package (Slide, Settle 3D…) and PLAXIS 2D and 3D.
• Advanced level of English and native level of Arabic.
• Basic Knowledge of Spanish Language is a plus.
• Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility and technical rigor.
• Based in Riyadh with willingness to conduct business trips.
• Valid SCE membership. With classification matching years of work experience.
• Willingness to conduct business trips and to work in multinational environment firm.

Desirable requirements

• Minimum “Engineer” level in Saudi Council of Engineer.
• IELTS Score of 5.5+ or equivalent would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel both in-kingdom and out-Kingdom is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and/or BIM methodology in previous projects is a plus
