• Support senior valuers in conducting property valuations for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across KSA.
• Assist in market research and data collection to support valuation assumptions and methodologies.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation under supervision.
• Conduct site inspections and property measurements as required.
• Maintain and update property databases and comparable transaction records.
• Assist in client presentations and proposal preparations.
• Support due diligence processes for investment transactions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
