Job description

We're looking for a talent to assure consistent quality of services by managing the operational activities of the quality assurance department and manage the overall quality performance of all lines of business such as contact center and process outsourcing services.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversees all aspects of the delivery of quality-related services keeping operations informed and engaged regarding gaps and sharing best practices.
  • Responsible for verifying that work is consistently and effectively performed, and deliverables are according to established core procedures, processes, measurements and methodologies.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality, analyze quality processes, implement improvements, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitoring of quality activities end-to-end with applying COPC requirements related to quality department.
  • Proactively maintain and revise SOPs within the contact center and process outsourcing operations, and ensure employee compliance with documented processes.
  • Utilizes systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the quality department.
  • Develop effective relationships with business leaders and peers gaining a deep understanding of business and culture to connect quality management to the business strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • In-depth knowledge of automated testing and quality tools, quality control, and quality assurance approaches.
  • Experience with business improvement methodologies like Kaizen, Lean, Quality Management System or Six Sigma.
  • Six Sigma, Quality Analyst (CQA) Certification is a plus.
  • COPC HPMT certified required.
