  • Expertise in Letter of Credit (LC) processes
  • Preparing and handling export documentation
  • Coordinating with banks and international clients
• LC & International Payments Specialist
  • Managing Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees
  • Processing cross-border payments
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, UCP 600, and international banking regulations
• Shipping Booking Coordinator
  • Managing freight bookings with shipping lines and agents
  • Coordinating cargo readiness and export schedules
  • Ensuring timely shipment and document flow
• Freight Pricing Coordinator
  • Sourcing and comparing freight rates from multiple providers
  • Preparing competitive quotations for logistics and transportation
  • Monitoring freight market trends and costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the same role is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• For Shipping/Logistics roles:
  • Understanding of freight forwarding and shipping processes
  • Knowledge of international logistics documentation (BL, COO, Packing List, etc.)
  • Ability to liaise with carriers, agents, and customs
• For Freight Pricing role:
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to analyze and benchmark market rates
  • Experience with rate calculation tools and logistics cost modeling
