- Familiarity with SWIFT, UCP 600, and international banking regulations
- Shipping Booking Coordinator
- Managing freight bookings with shipping lines and agents

- Freight Pricing Coordinator
- Sourcing and comparing freight rates from multiple providers
- Preparing competitive quotations for logistics and transportation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the same role is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, and URC guidelines
- Experience in dealing with international banks and compliance
- For Shipping/Logistics roles:
- Understanding of freight forwarding and shipping processes
- Knowledge of international logistics documentation (BL, COO, Packing List, etc.)
- Ability to liaise with carriers, agents, and customs
- For Freight Pricing role:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to analyze and benchmark market rates
- Experience with rate calculation tools and logistics cost modeling
