Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on various IT-related issues and software applications.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.
- Document and maintain records of all support requests and resolutions to improve service delivery.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives to enhance technology use within the organization.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve equipment and service issues.
