Job summary

A global technology services company is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead cloud migration projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery on time and budget, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of IT project management experience and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver the on-premises to cloud migration project according to defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and drive cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and met.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business users.
Financial & Governance:
  • Own the financial tracking and expense approvals for the project, ensuring spend is aligned with budgets.
  • Approve and publish the monthly POR (Project Operating Report) for leadership visibility.
  • Provide timely status updates, financial forecasts, and reports to management and clients.
Communication & Reporting:
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent project communications across all levels of the organization.
  • Present project health, key risks, and progress during regular management and stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain daily calls with client to show progress.
  • Maintain weekly project report and monthly project report for client and internal Management.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, change requests, and closure reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure platforms.
  • Proven experience in budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications are a plus.
