Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated onsite Support Engineer to provide full-time technical assistance and operational support at our Dammam location. The engineer will be responsible for daily support activities, ensuring smooth functioning of IT/AV systems, resolving technical issues, and maintaining high service quality for end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated onsite technical support to users during business hours.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT/AV equipment (laptops, desktops, audio-video systems, printers, conferencing tools, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolutions.
  • Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and health monitoring.
  • Manage incident tickets and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.
  • Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV setups (if applicable).
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and update logs.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and organizational policies.
