Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including network, Wi-Fi, email, VPN, and system access.
  • Support new joiners with device setup and account creation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and conduct routine system checks.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure support.
  • knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
