A leading technology company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Support / Executive to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. This role requires addressing user support issues promptly and setting up equipment for new employees. Suitable candidates must hold a diploma in IT and be fluent in Arabic and English. Overview

Job Title: IT Support / Executive.

Job Purpose: Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the organization. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all users related support issues are addressed with the TAT norms. Providing full support on all kind of IT related issues, examples – issues related to email, printer, internet access, password, etc. and maintain track records for all of them.
2. Email administration.
3. Provide and set up laptops for new employees.
4. Asset & contract updation in support portal, endpoint security solutions and testings.
5. Technical support: Setting up VC and WebEx (e.g. business reviews, meetings etc.) for all other locations on time. Guest internet connections, trainings etc.
6. Taking backup of resigned users data and shared to the business upon request.
