Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS) is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all resort departments for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of computers, POS systems, servers, and guest technologies.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security protocols are followed.
