Job summary

A leading IT services company in Jeddah is seeking an IT Service Delivery Support professional to manage applications, deliver technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience with ITSM processes, Keyloop Autoline, and Minerets MiAC. Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an IT support role, preferably in a delivery service or helpdesk.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IDAM activities for applications and systems.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
