Job summary

A leading IT firm is seeking a Project Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee IT project management processes. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience with strong knowledge of methodologies like Agile and SDLC. This role involves managing project budgets, risks, and relationships, with a monthly salary package ranging from 8,000 to 13,000 SAR. Effective communication skills in English are required, with Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead IT project management processes and implementation
• Support projects with in‑house staff and external stakeholders
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Conduct and manage quality control processes
• Plan, manage, and lead Stage Gate meetings to review and approve deliverables before SDLC transitions
• Track project status and report regularly to senior management and stakeholders
• Handle recurring and ad‑hoc data calls, reports, and client requests
• Build presentation decks, talking points, and status agendas
• Conduct program status meetings with staff and stakeholders
• Manage multiple client relationships and competing project needs
• Track risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive lessons learned processes for each software release
