Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects by coordinating between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining clear communication and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of IT projects, including resource allocation and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and update project plans and reports.
- Support project managers in preparing status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and issues.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Prepare reports for management regarding project performance and progress.
- Support compliance with IT policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Procurement & Financial Coordination
- Receive and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from clients or vendors, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are clear and complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical responses.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement coordination.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor deliverables.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and elevate risks and issues impacting project timelines or quality.
- Support mitigation planning and ensure follow-up on resolutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination or related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
