Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Alignment
  • Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
  • Ensure all IT initiatives align with business goals and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Lead technology planning activities to support digital transformation and future scalability.
2. Digital Transformation & AI Enablement
  • Drive digital transformation projects, promoting automation, modernization, and cloud adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve operations and business efficiency.
  • Support the integration of digital solutions across various departments.
3. Cloud & Systems Management
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud environments and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
4. Network & Information Security Management
  • Oversee network infrastructure and ensure the security of information systems.

5. IT Operations & Help Desk Support
