Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and security protocols.
• Experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working in Riyadh is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our company’s technology systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our company’s data by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Train employees on new technology systems and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.
