Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing technology solutions in a fastpaced environment. As the IT Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department including strategy development project management budgeting and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and objectives
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and processes
• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective solutions are implemented
• Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements and make recommendations for their implementation
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems data and networks
• Lead and manage IT projects from planning and implementation to evaluation and maintenance
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Indepth knowledge of IT systems networks and infrastructure
• Familiarity with cloud computing virtualization and other emerging technologies
