The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in IT demand management, proven capabilities in handling complex projects, and expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities include managing the demand intake framework, optimizing resource use, and ensuring high delivery performance across multiple project types. The IT Demand & Delivery Governance Manager will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and managing end-to-end IT demand intake, prioritization, and delivery governance across the organization. The role ensures effective demand funnel management, optimized resource utilization, and consistent delivery performance across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Design and operationalize the IT demand intake and prioritization framework.
Manage the end-to-end demand funnel, ensuring transparency from intake to delivery.
Develop and review business cases, including cost, benefits, and delivery impact.
Ensure alignment of IT demand with business priorities and capacity constraints.
Govern project and program delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
Establish delivery governance standards, milestones, and performance metrics.
Track and optimize delivery performance, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Provide delivery assurance for complex and cross-functional IT initiatives.
Manage and oversee complex IT programs and projects.
Ensure adherence to agreed delivery methodologies, quality standards, and controls.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
Develop and maintain capacity and resource planning models.
Balance demand against available delivery capacity.
Optimize utilization of internal and external resources.
Act as a key interface between business, IT, and delivery teams.
Provide regular status reporting and insights on demand pipeline and delivery health.
Drive continuous improvement in demand and delivery processes.
8–12+ years of experience in IT Demand and Delivery Management.
Proven experience managing complex IT programs and projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Exposure to Telecom systems, OSS/BSS, or digital platforms.
PMP and/or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are mandatory or strongly preferred.
