As the IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring that technology initiatives meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT projects.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
