Job overview

As an Application Specialist, your role will revolve around installing, configuration and implementing provided dental software systems (Dental Practice Management Systems (DPMS), Dental Imaging Software) from the IT side around the Kingdom based on the projects, as well as providing client support and training for clients end users on the provided systems.

Qualification and experience required

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field and 3+ years of Experience and strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware implementation, preference to having a PMP certification

Skills and Competencies required

• Perform software installation, configuration, Implement hardware, including servers and other related equipment optimal operation and ensure a stable IT environment.
• Utilize IT and networking expertise to ensure stable connections and a reliable working environment for all systems.
• Conduct full training sessions and hands-on support for all end-users on the provided systems and assist them with technical issues
• Provide client support as required in timely manner for tickets and resolve issues effectively
• Conduct visits to customer sites to ensure a stable work environment and address any software-related issues if needed.
• Clients oriented with a solid communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relations.
• Provide reports to management on tasks accomplished and issues resolved
• Good English professional proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 as
• To travel across the Kingdom based on project needs and departmental requirements
