Job summary

A leading IT services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to monitor and maintain network and computer systems. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365, managing firewalls, and providing user support. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT, at least 5 years of experience, and strong skills in networking and server management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/network support.
  • Proven experience in server backup management.
  • Ability to stick to deadlines.

Job description

IT Support monitors and maintains the company network and computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software and solves technical issues as they arise. Working hours can be general or shift work.

Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (users, emails, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Apply and monitor Office 365 security (MFA, Defender, compliance).
  • Set up and maintain network devices (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPNs).
  • Manage FortiGate firewall – rules, VPNs, and internet security.
  • Support and maintain IP phone systems (PBX/VoIP).
  • Monitor and manage CCTV systems and recordings.
  • Install, update, and monitor antivirus and endpoint protection.
  • Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Perform regular system backups and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests for users.
  • Selecting, purchasing, installing, and configuring computers, hardware software, printers and scanners
  • Configuration and maintenance of Networks, Servers, and surveillance cameras
  • Management of data backups
  • Management of external service providers (domain/emails/website hosts)
  • Technical support and training for internal users
  • Management of firewalls and overall system/data security
  • Follow-up of new technologies
Skills
  • Good hands‑on knowledge of:
  • Networking and firewalls (FortiGate preferred)
  • Office 365 administration and security

  • Knowledge of Server architecture and proven experience in Servers management
