Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website & Zoho Administrator to manage our company’s online presence and ensure smooth operation of our Zoho One ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company website (updates, SEO, user experience), and configuring, customizing, and supporting Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, WorkDrive, Campaigns, etc.) to streamline our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, update, and optimize the company website (content, UI / UX, SEO, performance).
  • Coordinate with developers / designers for website improvements or integrations.
  • Implement and manage Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, WorkDrive, Campaigns).
  • Customize Zoho modules, fields, workflows, blueprints, and reports to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and synchronization across website forms and Zoho apps.
  • Provide support and training for staff on Zoho usage and best practices.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for management (Sales, Operations, Finance).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or Zoho applications.
  • Research and suggest improvements for digital systems and integrations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing company websites (WordPress, Laravel, Next.js, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho One (CRM, Books, Creator, WorkDrive, Campaigns).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for minor website edits).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry .
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations (Zoho Flow, webhooks, third-party apps).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
