Job summary

A global market leader in production systems is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead their IPO journey in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the IPO project framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have over 10 years of PMO experience, preferably with IPOs, and a strong background in corporate finance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in PMO or project management, ideally leading IPOs or large-scale transformations.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and CMA rules.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the overall IPO project framework and governance structure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: finance, legal, HR, IT, compliance, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and track IPO roadmaps, milestones, and regulatory deadlines.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements.
  • Lead regular task force meetings, monitor action items and manage risk registers.
  • Liaise with external advisors including financial, legal, and audit partners.
  • Provide clear executive reporting and updates to senior leadership.
  • Support post-IPO transition planning and organizational readiness.

An exciting opportunity to take a lead role in managing a company’s IPO journey!

Our client is a global market leader, operating across three continents, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of specialized production systems and solutions for the oil and gas industry. They are currently seeking a PMO Manager to oversee and coordinate IPO readiness and execution — ensuring timelines, compliance, and deliverables are all on track for a successful listing.

Role Overview

You’ll establish and lead the IPO PMO framework, aligning all internal teams and external advisors. This role is central to ensuring the business meets regulatory milestones and CMA requirements while keeping leadership fully informed on progress and risks.

Key Responsibilities
