A diversified investment holding group in Riyadh is seeking an Investment & Development Manager. Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in theInvestment & Development Manager role with a holding group with diversified investments in manufacturing, tourism, and real estate, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Investment & Development Manager will lead and develop the company’s current and future investments and development projects to ensure sustainable growth and maximize returns for shareholders. The role involves analyzing investment opportunities, managing existing portfolios and real estate development projects, and aligning all initiatives with the company’s strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and periodically update the company’s investment strategy and plans.
  • Study and analyze investment opportunities (real estate, hospitality, financial, or industrial) and submit recommendations accordingly.
  • Evaluate the financial and economic feasibility of new projects in coordination with financial and technical advisors.
  • Monitor the performance of existing investments and portfolios, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Supervise divestment or restructuring activities when required.
  • Oversee all stages of real estate development, from initial studies to operational launch.
  • Coordinate with consultants in design, engineering, operations, legal, and finance.
  • Review contracts and documentation for development projects in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Track project implementation to ensure adherence to time schedules, quality, and cost standards.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, banks, funds, and real estate developers.
  • Negotiate partnerships and investment agreements that best serve the company’s interests.
  • Represent the company at local and international investment forums and events.
  • Prepare periodic reports on investment and development project performance.
  • Contribute to the annual budget and long-term investment plan.
  • Propose risk management policies and controls for investments.
  • Ensure all departments and projects comply with approved investment policies.
  • Lead and manage the Investment & Development team, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Enhance the team’s professional capabilities through continuous training and development.
  • Promote a culture of institutional performance, accountability, and achievement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, or Business Administration (Master is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment or real estate/hospitality development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial evaluation methods, feasibility studies, and investment models.
  • Proven investment achievements and measurable success in previous roles.
  • Excellent skills in organization, planning, monitoring, and execution.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to present recommendations effectively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and accountability, capable of operating with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
