Responsibilities
  • Define and execute enterprise-wide inventory and store management strategies to optimize stock availability, cost efficiency, and service levels.
  • Oversee end-to-end inventory operations, including procurement coordination, receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and disposal.
  • Establish and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop store and inventory teams, setting performance targets, driving accountability, and building succession capability.
  • Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems, data analytics, and reporting to improve forecasting, demand planning, and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders to align inventory decisions with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline; advanced certifications are an advantage.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in inventory management and store operations within complex, high-volume environments.
  • Proven expertise in inventory optimization, cost control, audit readiness, and reconciliation across multiple locations or warehouses.
  • Strong command of ERP/WMS platforms, inventory analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence at scale.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with strong commercial and financial acumen.
