We’re looking for an Inventory Consultant with deep hands‑on experience in warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), or ERP stock control systems. This isn’t a theoretical role. You’ll be the person who knows, from experience, how inventory flows actually break and how to design processes and systems that prevent it. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape inventory solutions that mirror real merchant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze end‑to‑end stock movement across warehouses, branches, and online channels to identify operational pain points.
• Design system logic and process flows that support replenishment, transfers, and multi‑location stock visibility.
• Serve as the subject‑matter authority for OMS, ERP, and WMS integrations across Salla’s ecosystem.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to validate inventory workflows, reconciliation rules, and tracking mechanisms.
• Define merchant‑facing best practices for inventory accuracy, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and inventory turnover.
