WSP are looking for a Senior ID Manager to support our projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise interior design (ID) works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and other design disciplines (spec. lighting, MEP final fix etc) to resolve any design or construction-related issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert input on the selection of materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with architectural and project requirements.
  • Contribute to and approve construction ID details, guaranteeing alignment with the overall design vision.
  • Manage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements....etc, to ensure all design intent and modifications are reflected & highlight any discrepancies in the design.
  • Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s of Architecture, or a related subject
  • Preferably 15+ years’ experience in Architecture, ID and Design with a background on
  • High-rise tower (Ideally 300+ meters)
  • Have been part of a Design team leading the delivery of large-scale projects, in the Middle East
  • Transferable Iqama
