About the Role

As Interior Design Manager, you’ll lead the creation of high-end interiors that blend luxury, innovation, and cultural depth. You’ll ensure every project meets the highest standards of design and client expectations, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership : Define and guide the creative vision for luxury hotel and resort interiors across the Gulf region.
  • Concept Development : Lead concept creation and design development, ensuring seamless integration of materials, lighting, and furnishings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align design with the overall project vision.
  • Cultural Relevance : Infuse projects with regional heritage and aesthetics while maintaining contemporary luxury standards.
  • Quality & Materials : Ensure top-tier materials and finishes are used, managing quality control throughout the design process.
  • Client Management : Present design proposals, manage feedback, and build strong client relationships.
  • Project Oversight : Lead projects from start to finish, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor and inspire a team of designers, promoting creativity and excellence.
  • Sustainability : Integrate eco-conscious materials and practices without compromising on luxury.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with suppliers and artisans to ensure flawless execution of design elements.
What we’re looking for :
