We are looking for a Product Manager to join a cutting-edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user-first approach.
  • Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
  • Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
  • Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required.
  • Strong foundation in usability principles, backed by education or applied research experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
  • Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile-first design, and responsive behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
