Overview

Insurance Sales Agent
We are a leading insurance company in Riyadh, seeking an experienced and ambitious Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to potential clients, identifying their needs and advising them on the best coverage options. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Sell various insurance policies to potential clients based on their needs and budget
  • Identify and pursue leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking events, etc.
  • Explain policy features and benefits to clients and guide them in selecting the most suitable coverage options
  • Prepare and present quotes to potential clients accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors' offerings
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with different types of insurance policies such as life, health, home, auto, etc.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus attractive commissions. This is a full-time position that requires working 5 days a week. Own visa holders are preferred.
