Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Engineer specializing in Plant Maintenance to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of instrumentation systems within the plant operations. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve instrumentation‑related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans for instrumentation equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in instrumentation engineering with a focus on plant maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, sensors, and control systems.
  • Experience with PLCs, DCS, and HMI systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
