🎛️ Hiring: Instrumentation & Control Engineer – Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant

📍 Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

Join a world-class power generation team operating one of Saudi Arabia’s most advanced Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities. This role is ideal for an experienced instrumentation and control professional ready to ensure reliability, precision, and performance across critical plant systems.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of instrumentation and control systems across all GT units.
  • Supervise preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance to ensure plant availability and operational safety.
  • Manage calibration, testing, and repair of instruments, analyzers, control valves, transmitters, and DCS/PLC systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures, recommending technical improvements and reliability solutions.
  • Support annual and major outage planning for I&C systems in collaboration with OEMs and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements during maintenance and operations.
  • Oversee SAP-based maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting to maintain system integrity and performance history.
  • Liaise with EPC/OEM suppliers for design modifications, technical clarifications, and equipment evaluations.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to technicians and junior engineers to build internal capability.
  • Ensure all documentation, logs, and test records are properly maintained for audit and performance tracking.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years’ experience in instrumentation and control maintenance for CCGT or large thermal power plants.
  • Hands‑on experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and turbine control systems (Siemens, GE, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems for maintenance management.
  • Proven ability to manage outages, analyze downtime, and implement process improvements.Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong teamwork orientation.
  • Commitment to HSE and operational excellence standards.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
