Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a prominent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we focus on connecting top-tier professionals with leading organizations in the Oil & Energy sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate instrumentation activities on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to project specifications and industry standards.

The Instrument Foreman will be responsible for managing a team of instrumentation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to align activities with project timelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation systems and equipment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of instrumentation technicians, ensuring clear communication and adherence to safety standards.
  • Plan and schedule instrumentation work according to project requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on best practices and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report progress to project management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including calibration, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

  • Filed experience related water metering, water pipe fitting , electromagnet water flow meters , flow measurement maintenance , calibration of water meters etc.
