Overview:

The Infrastructure Transport Delivery Expert is responsible for the implementation, integration, and optimization of transport network infrastructure, including fiber, microwave, and IP/MPLS systems. This role ensures the seamless deployment of transport systems to support ADC’s telecom operations while maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement, and configure transport network systems, such as fiber, microwave, and IP/MPLS.
2. Conduct system integration and testing to ensure optimal transport network performance and reliability.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align deployment activities with project specifications and timelines.
4. Monitor deployment progress, addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
5. Analyze transport network performance metrics and implement optimization measures to improve efficiency.
6. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of deployment activities, including configurations, test results, and progress reports.
7. Provide technical support during the integration of transport systems with RAN and core networks.
8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices and advanced transport network deployment techniques.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:
