Responsibilities

• AirWatch MDM (Workspace ONE) Administration:

1. Deploy, manage, and maintain the VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch MDM platform across the organization.
2. Configure device enrollment workflows for various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows 10/11).
3. Create and enforce device compliance policies (e.g., encryption, passcode, OS version, app blacklisting).
4. Develop and manage mobile application deployment strategies (internal, public, and VPP apps).
5. Integrate AirWatch with enterprise services such as email (ActiveSync), Wi‑Fi, VPN, and corporate intranet resources.
6. Monitor device inventory, enrollment status, compliance reports, and usage analytics.
7. Troubleshoot enrollment issues, application delivery failures, and policy conflicts.
8. Perform regular platform upgrades, patching, and testing in coordination with VMware support.
9. Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents related to MDM or mobile endpoints.

• VMware Horizon VDI Administration:

1. Plan, install, configure, and maintain VMware Horizon environments
