We are looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in roads and highway projects to lead site supervision activities in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor all on-site activities related to roads, highways, and associated infrastructure works.
  • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
  • Review and validate construction plans, method statements, and material submittals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Manage project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, specifically roads/highways.
  • Proven track record in site supervision for large-scale road and highway projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international and Saudi road design standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications. Experience with mega road/highway projects in the Middle East.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building codes and highway regulations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
